"Staff were great and very friendly. The taxi’s that arrived at the hotel charged fairly. I can’t say that for all taxi’s in Goa. There is currently no uber. So get haggling and never accept the first price (for taxis around Goa). The food was ok there. Pool was great for my 3 year old. The only complaint I had was that the staff were not able to get the digital key/lock to our room to work. Which was disappointing as I really wanted to use my phone to gain access to our room. Being a partner of Hilton. You would expect them to be able to get this to work. As disappointing as this was. It was a nice stay overall and we really appreciated the hotel."

"Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Candolim, Goa and truly enjoyed every bit of it. The property offers a calm and peaceful environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway while still being conveniently close to the beach. The location strikes a great balance between accessibility and tranquility. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well maintained, reflecting the overall high standards of the property. Housekeeping was prompt and consistent throughout the stay. A special mention to the staff—their courtesy, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out and made the experience even more pleasant. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a good variety and quality. The in-house restaurant also serves very tasty food, making dining at the hotel a great option. I also appreciated the complimentary access to the gym and the dedicated kids’ activity area, which makes it a great choice for both families and couples. Overall, a well-maintained property with great service, good food, and a relaxing vibe. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again!"

"Excellent location for beach walks , shacks, late evenings to watch sunset from beach with a drink. Staff can't do enough, really helpful. Taxes at resort are 18% , though that is the same in all. Avoid wine unless you're happy pay about £16 a glass."

A special mention to Isha for her incredible help and patience during check-in. She made us feel welcomed and at ease right away, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. Bagwant from the security team stood out for his courteous and attentive approach, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything felt safe and comfortable. We also deeply appreciate Haydin, the duty manager, who handled an issue we encountered with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, it was resolved so quickly that it barely disrupted our experience. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautifully maintained spaces, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere that makes it hard to leave.
