"The site is a bit disjointed, owing to apparent reconfiguration to add services or change operational direction. I was entirely confused about the focus and service emphasis. I literally lived on the "edge" of the property and entered and exited without interface with the amenities and general services. The unit could very well have been anywhere on the island, as I did not connect meaningfully to the resort complex based on the configuration. Additionally, signage is not at a premium, and minimal signage would have provided a more rewarding experience, as it would have lent itself to better connections on property. I also think a large deck such as I had in the unit, would benefit from some covering from the elements. I hope this opinion adds value for improvements."

"Air conditioning did not get as cold as we set the temperature to be but it still worked. We would have preferred that the description told what the partial kitchen included since I didn't know it was only a microwave."

"Lovely hotel, staff was great! Complimentary fruit/yogurt/coffee in the morning which was nice, with a larger à la carte menu you can order from. Easy golf cart ride to the beach where chairs are set up and someone is there to take your food and drinks order. "
