"The room was small but clean. The twin room was for 2 people but there was only one chair and no table. Upon raising the issue we were provided with another chair and a small table. This was helpful for eating in the room and for other purposes. I made a error by booking a small room. If you plan to stay more then a day then go for larger rooms. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and definitely staying again. Good location and staff were helpful. Breakfast was nice. Recommended. 👍🙂"
"The staff was extremely polite & friendly. Very clean. I hate to leave here. I wish for food items they had some turkey bacon or sausage. I would come back."
DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hotel Fiji - Sonaisali Island
8/10 Good
"My room went out of electricity and AC during the second night. I had to get dressed in the dark in the morning because no one that could fix it was on staff till 8am. The issue was fixed by the time I got back to my room at 5:30pm."
"The cabin style rooms were excellent. It really brought the outdoors in. Resort was really nice, my son loved the playground and the waterslide. Breakfast was decent."
"I stayed in an ocean front bure, they are older Fijian style beach huts/cottage, which was exactly what I wanted. They do have newer renovated rooms elsewhere on the property. Remember this is a small locally owned and operated resort.
In if you are looking for amazing views and peace and quiet, this is the place. There are 2 restaurants and the food was great. The bar is a nice place to wind down for the night, watch a game, play pool or get your morning lattee. I had my tours pre-planned but they had an office there to help you. All the staff were very friendly.
Club Fiji comes as advertised, if you are looking for Ritz or a luxury Hotel and Casino, then this authentic Fijian resort is probably not for you, however if you want to meet some locals experience true Fijian culture and just relax on beach and grounds between tours or flights, I can’t recommend Club Fiji enough. The Fijian Nights with music and authentic dances was great! The views are second to none! I enjoyed my stay!"
