The hotel is so close to the airport and they arrange transportation for you. The staff are very kind and helpful. There is 24hr security and front desk. The room is spacious, clean, and well appointed. The hotel is also close to markets, pharmacies, and a nightclub. I wish I could have stayed longer!

It’s a great place to stay

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hôtel Lounge Madiana Plage. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Philippe is incredibly kind and helpful—when Uber wasn’t working, he personally arranged a car to take me to the airport. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was enjoying my time at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious! Wonderful place to stay when you need a retreat. Staffs were the best ever

I thank Aly for his welcome and his professionalism. However big disappointment because there was no Wifi or breakfast. Otherwise all is well.

Amazing ambience. Very helpful staff. Beautiful place. Very secure. Generous portions of food. I enjoyed my stay there. My only issue is if you have OCD like me you will probably want your breakfast covered to avoid exposure to flies. The rooms are amazing and house cleaning should be supervised to ensure they actually thoroughly clean and scrub the place. They can also look into switching up the breakfast menu otherwise i highly recommend Dianne and her great team. Made our stay worth it !

The property was very clean, the rooms were big enough and tidy. The staff was really nice and available to make our needs happen. The breakfast and the meals were delicious. The room we had was close to the beach, so close that we could hear the waves while sleeping in the night. We all enjoyed the pool with the kids. The internet coverage was not good every where though and the image on the TV was not great.

Occasionally there is no water supply, and electricity supply.

Perfect experiance good servüce

Very nice rooms and they do online reservations payment. WiFi, hot water, and A/C all working well. The staff are very friendly and there’s a security guard to allow 24/7 access to guests. In the morning, breakfast was sent to my room which was perfect done. I would recommend this to anyone looking to book a hotel in the area.

Amazing stay. Rooms are clean and breakfast spread is decent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The guy at the restaurant (forgotten his name-shame on me) was SUPER AWESOME. He delivered world class service throughout our stay. I’ll return to Roots anytime I’m in Cote D’Ivoire just for the quality service I received. Two thumbs up. Definitely recommend.
