"J'ai tout apprécié de l'hotel sauf l'accès à la piscine, qui est en fait un complexe aquatique à coté de l'hotel, ouvert au public (pas juste aux clients) et donc facilement bondé et avec des horaires limités."

"The room was clean and modern with nice wooden floors. The metro station is one minute from the hotel and the train station is 15 minutes away by foot. The lobby staff are always busy because of a constant inflow of guests. However, they speak English and the check-in is easy once you get there. There are a pharmacy, supermarket, and laundry very close to the hotel. It takes about 20-30 minutes from hotel to get to the touristy sites. Nevertheless, I think this is a great place to stay for the price for those willing to work a little to get to the heart of Paris. The air conditioning works well, particularly in the recent awful heatwave."

"Room was very small but clean. It was like a room on a cruise ship. A/C was not the best due to the heat wave but they gave us a free breakfast for the inconvenience. The lobby and restaurant were great. Very modern and unique. Food and drinks were good."

"Check in process was easy, staff was very kind and helpful during initial check in. We were promised 3 water bottles as we had 3 guests sharing a room, one bottle was already in the room, we were informed we would get the other 2 later. We waited overnight and decided to go ask for ourselves the next morning. Different staff at front desk said they only give out one bottle per room, and that the previous staff I spoke to was incorrect in promising us one per guest. A little confusing, and second staff member was not as friendly. Otherwise pretty good stay."

"Very good overnight airport hotel with free “ on time” scheduled shuttle pick up. Room with nice AC , nice bed and small but clean bathroom in a quiet area , about 10mn away from the airport pick up and drop off point above the arrival hall of the TGV and RER B at terminal 2"

"The property is located in a great part of Paris. Lots of restaurants, sidewalk cafes etc. The apartments are roomy, if a bit sparse. There was a heatwave in Paris when we stayed there (40 deg.) and this building has no air conditioning! There was AC in the breakfast room but it was locked up at 10 am. After 4 nights they relented and left the door open so guests could cool down before going to their own oven (I mean apts.) There was a rickety fan blowing on the bed. I had to ask for more towels halfway through the week. There is a beautiful roof top patio that we loved to sit at in the evening. Unfortunately, it was locked up at 10 pm. The staff didn't seem to understand how their clients were experiencing this horrendous tropical weather. The breakfast offered was practically non existent. They had nothing left after 8 am, not even a croissant and they cut off the coffee machine at 9 am so it could be cleaned. They appeared to be short staffed. They still charged full price for the breakfast. I feel if the weather had been normal June weather we would have enjoyed the apartment so much better. We could have had breakfast somewhere else. It was just too hot to walk any distance. Most of the staff were very nice. I believe the heat was affecting them too. At the end of the day it was Paris! Amazing city."

"Hotel was in a great location with lots of restaurants and shops less than a minutes walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The air con was amazing! It was over 40 C in Paris so good air con was absolutely needed. Hotel was a little tired, my shower unit was broken so had to hand hold the shower and couple of light fittings had exposed wires on the walls. And the walls were pretty thin so could hear the other rooms. Had ear plugs though so all good. Nothing of the above affected my stay. Would use the hotel again."
