"This hotel was by far the nicest in our European adventure. The staff was very helpful, and the shuttle driver to the airport was incredibly nice! They all spoke very good English which was a plus for us!"

"Very long queue for check in. Poorly ventilated room even though we turned heating down and kept the window open while awake. Thin walls so you hear other guests arriving late and leaving early. Bed was comfortable but the bathroom is a joke. Toilet facing a wall so close you will bang your knees. You have to hold the shower attachment if you want to wash anything above your waist. Holes in shower doors same height as shower head so wet floor with no bath mat. Mouldy fake window in bathroom dripping condensation next to toilet. The staff are great as is takeaway from the Italian opposite reception. Not worth the money we paid. Won’t use again."

"The room was clean and the people were kind. BUT if you are not a skinny tall person, it’s almost impossible to stay here. The shower door swings inward and there is only a 8 inch gap you have to squeeze through to get in the shower. It’s almost impossible for an adult. Same thing with the toilet, you have to have the door open as you are on it because it’s so small in there your knees hit the door. My husband is 6’4 and thank goodness he wasn’t with me or he wouldn’t have been able to use the toilet or shower due to how small it was in there. I also opened the window as it was very hot in there, the window actually fell off of the wall. My mom and I had to put the window back in its place and lock it to keep it from falling. Overall clean place and good for some people, but if you are over 200 pounds, I would steer clear of this place as you won’t be able to use the washroom or shower"

"Great little hotel in a lovely location amongst cute cafes, restaurants and shops. Really easy to get to from Gard de Nord. Rooms exceptionally clean. Receptionist couldn't be more helpful and I would thoroughly recommend!"
