"What was unexpected was the whole pool from 2011 had changed no lanes have to make reservations and sure family friendly but too tiny and the gym tiny too for such a big international hotel I expected different especially for the price of stay.
I understand have a conference area or two but still noticed a lot of wasted space. Otherwise, comfortable beds and nice air goad the fridge worked for my chocolates that i was taking back for friends and family"
"The room was very clean, tv options good and the location convenient to Disney! The daily shuttle was a great amenity and the staff was so friendly!
The pool was amazing, the water warm, we felt recharged and our skin so soft after every swim. The jetted side tubs were great
The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, definitely worth it!
The decor around the hotel was cute and aesthetic

"Amazing stay at Citizen M in Paris. Super cool room with full control of lights, music, sound, TV, shades and curtains from the room iPad. Also very spacious shower and restroom with cool lighting. Great check in experience as well."
"Our family of three enjoyed a spacious, updated suite. Staff were professional and warm during check-in. The only hiccup was house keeping did not leave a pillow or top sheet on the pullout bed. I waited for almost an hour after messaging through Bonvoy app, I had to call the concierge. Room service knocked on the door after we had fallen asleep. Overall, we relaxed during our stay and would love to return."
"I was disappointed to find out the rooftop restaurant/Bar was closed upon checking in, so there was no entertainment in the hotel as we expected, we paid a lot money for this hotel so we were not happy to hear that it was closed. They also charged my credit card again although I told the front desk agent as we checked in, I had already paid for the stay through hotels.com, the front desk agent who took care of us did not listen when or care, and was not very friendly in fact was angry that I asked him what was the charge for, he didn’t care or go the extra mile to find out, he ignored me when I told him, needless to say I had to call and write them to credit us for the extra charge which was a mistake, they should have already known that I already paid. Some of the other staff and the manager were very nice. The (Waiter Christopher & Issa) were so nice and friendly. I did enjoy having the view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. Seeing it sparkle in the evenings was the highlight and best part of the stay."
