10/10 Excellent
"Love staying at Maison Sanur. Little bit of luxury at a great price. Large rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Location is awesome too. Staff are all so friendly and helpful."
"The staff were attentive and most helpful though out our stay. There was renovation work being carried out in the foyer areas, which made checking in a little more challenging."
"This is my second visit and I highly recommend. From the staff, to the room, to the location. And the price. Food was great too and the service exceptional."
"Maya Sanur is an amazing hotel. Its a beautiful layout and design. The rooms are large and well appointed with near private balconies surrounded by vegetation. The staff and food are exceptional."
" List - building works within hotel very noisy other people also complaining. 30 steps up stairs to room no lift. No wine by glass on menu only house wine. Electrical connection for boiling kettle under cupboard on floor boiled kettle on ground. Toilet full to top with water( got person who flushed it but didnt fix it. Electrical fittings in wall looked home done. No meat on menu first night. Stair rails unsafe, wobbly rails including stairs to restaurant.Asked for ground floor said no.There was 4of my family we lasted 1night of 10 and checked out .They then decided they might be able to move after we packed and found ourselves new accommodation Too late we left and had to pay again for new hotel. Place grubby false advertising not modern or clean. Spoke to management about refund not interested. Said talk to Expedia. Never again and would warn friends against hotel. Pam Campbell"
"Property is big, buffet breakfast is crowded, small selection and feels like a battle just to get some food. No order with people pushing in. Pool is nice, problem is no shade while in the water and people leaving towels on loungers for hours while they are not even around, needs to be policed to give people access. Plenty of lounges by the beach though. Rooms and linen outdated, linen definitely due for replacement. Grounds are very well kept. In a great spot but unlikely to stay there again."
"To leave the property because the room that I was allocated was extremely musty and there was some type of fumes in the room that made my eyes burn my nose and I found difficult to breathe. The bathroom was very unclean around the tiles and I felt dirty in the shower. The toilet was only designed for a child. I am 6 foot three and 100 kg but I’ve never had a hotel room where the toilet was like a child’s potty. They tried to give me another room but every room they gave me was worse so I had to leave and I’m requesting a refund because I had to drive back to Changi to my original home hotel at 12:30 am. Wasn’t the staff’s fault it’s the hotel that is in disrepair and not healthy."
"We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, The swimming pool was a little colder than we are used to in Bali but great all the same. Good buffet breakfast with a huge variety and excellent quality."
"A fantastic stay. Segara Village and the Byrd House restaurant and beach club are amazing. The location in the northern part of Sanur gives you access to a beautiful section of the beach and lots of restaurants and cafes"
