"The property is steps away from the highway, and not well maintained. Many people loitering outside. There is no elevator. The room was ok but the bathroom was not clean (scum on the handle of the faucet) and the shower drain was very slow which is a major hygiene concern."

"The hotel layout was amazing! Such a great building! Staff was helpful when we needed to change rooms due to the air conditioning not working and our bath tube not draining. My family and I were disappointed in the paper plates in the breakfast area. We were also disappointed that the hot tube was not working and didn’t seem that anyone was giving it any attention to fix it. The outside entrance was dirty. Could have used some attention."

"Room was clean but carpet was worn. We needed the roll out couch and had to ask for pillow case and sheets No housekeeping during stay, even though we were there 3 nights. Would have been nice to empty waste baskets Staff was friendly and helpful So not exceptionally good but not so bad We would stay again"
