2/10 Terrible
"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The dining area had roaches crawling around, which was completely unacceptable and disgusting. The pool was ice cold with no heat working at all, making it unusable. The room itself was in terrible condition — broken drawers, ripped curtains, and it looked poorly maintained overall. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke even though the hotel advertises itself as non-smoking. To make matters worse, the so-called “free breakfast” was basically nonexistent, only coffee and a few muffins. False advertising, poor cleanliness, and horrible maintenance. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely will never stay here again."
"Trash cans were overflowing onto the ground outside. Ac fan in room wont blow correct temp no stop. Had to keep manually changing it. Mattress destroyed my back. Couldn’t sleep. Price 180 night too high in my opinion."
"Outstanding customer service, efficient team for check-in and very helpful when we had questions.
We appreciated the laundry and how easy it was to pay for online.
The room and bathroom was very well attended. One suggestion , bathtubs need a mat of some kind. Ours was a bit slippery for 2 old (70+) people.
Overall, we would highly recommend the hotel and compliment the staff."
"There was nobody at the desk when we arrived for check-in. Multiple bell-rings, knocking on the staff door, walking the length of the hotel inside, and then the circumference of the hotel outside yielded zero staff members. It wasn't until I was circling back around the hotel that my partner came outside and said someone finally showed up at the front desk. Absolutely ridiculous. The room (room 112 iirc, it was first floor) had a dead lamp, moldy artwork in the bathroom, and a TV with an unsynchronized remote (on/off didn't work, channel/volume messed up, had to use the controls on the back of the TV). And unfortunately there were sugar ants all over the counter by the coffee machine at breakfast. It's a bed to sleep in, but that's about it."
