"The hotel is going through a renovation which was not disclosed to us when booking. The resturant and bar were closed. We rode in the "service" elevator 90% of the time. There is tile missing on the floors which is a trip hazard. Construction materials/equipment throughout. Wont go back unless thye reach out to us with an offer to give us another chance to visit when renovationtiosn are complete."

"Absolutely awful experience at the Graduate Richmond, especially for a room that cost over $300 a night. The bathroom was filthy when we arrived — dusty, grimy, and just plain nasty. Conditioner was completely empty. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. For the price they charge, basic cleanliness should not be optional. Dust all over the shelves in the Suite, and just all around did not look clean or turned over properly   The valet staff was horrible as we were leaving.  Rude, Disorganized, unhelpful, and made an already frustrating stay even worse. To top it all off, I was charged twice for the same room, and nobody there could give me a straight answer on how to fix it. Being double-charged for an already overpriced room and then getting no real help is completely unacceptable. I also paid extra for breakfast and never received it. So not only was the room dirty and the service terrible, but I was charged for things I didn’t even get. For over $300 a night, this place was a complete disappointment. Dirty room, terrible service, billing issues, and zero accountability. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone."
