This Hyatt is a great addition to the Newark downtown area. Clean, modern and in a good easy to get to area and very walkable portion of downtown.

Everything seemed to be very organized and clean. The rooms were great. Never unfortunately received my $25 credit.

This was my first time staying at Hotel Warner and what a wonderful hotel. All the staff were warm and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean. The amenities exceeded my expectations. Will developing rate this hotel as a favorite.

NOT AT ALL WHAT I EXPECTED. I can only blame myself and Expedia, not the hosts. THIS IS A BOARDING HOUSE. YOU ARE RENTING A BEDROOM—EVERYTHING ELSE IS SHARED. I assumed I was getting the place to myself. As it turns out, I only really needed a private bedroom and a place to shower in the morning. This place is very cool. It was built at the campus arboretum and they used the wood from the trees to make furniture mill work etc. The staff is great also. I very rarely eat in any hotel however I was tired and did not feel like driving so I ate at the bar. Fabulous meal and great service. I stay center city usually but I did not need to go into town so I stayed at a cool place in the burbs

The bowl was very nice and in a safe secluded area. The room was clean and well furnished. We had a little trouble with the toilet but after letting the front desk know, it was fixed right away. The breakfast was excellent and the man that worked in there was even better. Super friendly and helpful on suggestions on what to do in Philadelpia. We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has solid infrastructure. The on-site restaurant and room service were convenient, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast options varied between buffet and à la carte, which was a nice touch.
