The staff was warm, professional, and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. We also enjoyed the hotel's relaxing atmosphere and outstanding amenities, which made our stay even more special. "The hotel has a fantastic location right on the lake, and the property itself is certainly unique. However, several practical issues affected our stay. The rooms became very stuffy during the hot summer days, and since there is no air conditioning or fan in the room, it was difficult to cool them down at night. The windows also lack mosquito screens, which makes it hard to leave them open for air circulation. There are not many amenities to speak of, although the breakfast and the restaurant overall are very good and priced accordingly. Overall, while the property has a special charm and a beautiful lakeside setting, we felt that it did not offer particularly good value. We stayed for five days because we had a prepaid arrangement; otherwise, we probably would have moved to a different property. It is a unique place, but for us, three days would have been enough."

"5 min walk to the parking deck and the old town. Clean. However the room was a climb up, and a bit cramped. Bathroom is really small. After hours response was helpful when I couldn't find the key lockbox"

"Friendly, helpful staff but check-in on a tablet was tedious, especially as it was all in Geman, which we do not speak. The restaurant was busy which was no surprise as the food is excellent. Breakfast selection was slightly limited but the quality was good. The room was rather small but adequate for one night, however the soundproofing between rooms was almost non-existent."
