Hotel Duo Swan was absolutely perfect. It’s a great location. The hotel is nice, great rooms, at a way better price than Ibis or Apex. You get to choose your complimentary breakfast every morning. But the best part is the staff. They will help you with anything you need. They helped me top up my local SIM card. They allowed me to park a bike rental in their garage. They booked taxis to/from airport. I can’t say enough good things about them. And they spoke good English (3 of the managers). I’ll...

1. I have the corner room which was very hot in the afternoon. So next time I should choose the other room. 2. Housekeeping staff was not come and clean my room until afternoon. A bit disappoint when you come back and would like to lay down to relax but cannot. 3. Over all is good. I will go back.

The front office staff spoke English well and were very friendly. They also allowed me to check in early. The hotel is very new and the restaurant has a English menu. Service was excellent but I felt the food was a little bland for my tastes.

Nice large room, friendly staff. Free breakfast and we also dined at the restaurant which was good. Also enjoyed the pool and walking to the lake. They helped us arrange a tuk tuk and a bus ticket when needed.

The hotel staff were excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful when we asked for information about siteseeing activities and with help arranging a boat to Bagan, taxi to Pyin Oo Lwin, and other activities. The restaurant staff was excellent at breakfast and the buffet was excellent, they don't seem to expect customers at lunch and dinner though. During I stay at hotel, I found that the owner at the hotel are very nice and friendly, also the service there very nice too. the service men and ladies are very kind and helpful which I never find in other country before. I hope if I have a chance I will visit again for sure.

$50 with breakfast and a rooftop infinity pool? That’s enough to give it a try. But the staff’s friendliness and accommodation to little requests (finding a plaster when our daughter scraped her knee, sending someone to buy top up for our mobile phone, etc) made it the kind of place we would come back to. That roof top pool is inexplicably cold, however. Be warned.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is basically new, and really beautiful. The staff were the NICEST people, and really went out of their way to help us out. The room was really comfortable, and we really loved the rooftop area; beautiful views! The area is very local with not too many services nearby, but they have 3 brand new bikes you can use for free! Overall we would highly reccomend!
