Rooms were clean and lovely. The staff is absolutely fantastic. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. My husband did the SSI dive course with Andrew and loved it. We will be back. Plus the food is delicious!!! Don’t hesitate for a relaxing time away from everything.

Just feel like if I’m paying the extra fee to go to the executive lounge, they should be a little more understanding in people‘s needs and wants

Staff is UNMATCHED and superb. Hotel sits right on the beach with 2 pools. There are plenty of beach chairs by the pool and on the beach. We only walked on the beach because it was just too hot to sit out there. Breakfast buffet had everything, Asian and western. There are plenty of activities to do on the resort. We saw people snorkeling, doing yoga, playing volleyball, etc. They have 24-hrs room service, which was great because we checked into our hotel about 10pm so was able to order...

My family stayed in this hotel a couple of times already. We love that the mall and restaurants are nearby. There is a 7/11 and bakery beside the hotel. The hotel has no fridge and microwave but has a water refilling station in hallway, Cable TV, Free wifi, safety box and hair blower. Great for long stay. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed stay. Pools were great and because they are large and spread out never felt crowded. The beach is OK. Nothing spectacular but the area around it is very well maintained. I knew this before going so was not at all disappointed. This hotel worked out great for me and my guest. We loved the Philippine food selection on the buffet breakfast each morning. I asked the hotel management for special arrangements to be made prior to my arrival and everything was done perfectly. The staff is great. The bed, pillows, TV, Shower, refrigerator and microwave were great. I had no complaints. I don't know whe Expedia rates this hotel 3.5 stars. It's definitely a 4.5. The whole resort is impeccably designed with award winning furniture pieces by the great Kenneth Cobunpue, the rooms and respective bathrooms are perfect and super comfortable and spacious. Everyone are very nice and the rooms are clean. Every time I come to Cebu this is where I stay because I know they are great place to stay!

The staff is the best yet if all places I have stayed in Cebu City. Really nice hotel.

Very nice place to stay in the Newtown area. Room has everything one would need, though over a 10 night stay, there were a couple of nights when there was no TV signal. No big deal. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, in large part due to the amazing staff. Shout out for Ivy! Wonderful young lady who was always super attentive to our needs. Looking forward to staying here again next time we go to Cebu.
