"We had a great stay at Hotel Cassendra. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. A special thank you to Imantha for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and freshly prepared each morning. Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay as a family with little kid. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was available every day. Front desk staff was very helpful and attentive. Front desk made an effort to pack us small breakfast for the road as we checked out every early in the morning. It is a beautiful property in the center of the city and in front of the Tooth relic temple."

"The room is definitely a great value and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The only issue I had was with the front desk guy who was a bit rude when I asked for the wifi password, he commented that he had already given it to me, but he hadn't."

"Fantastic mountain top resort hotel. Comfortable suites, great staff and nice restaurant. Access can be tricky as the road is very narrow and challenging to navigate even for local taxi and tuk drivers. But once you get to the place it is paradise on earth!"
