"Crowing roosters will start waking you at 3:30 AM The room was stuffy but they had no fan to use. The breakfast buffet was not ready at the start time and it was not good."
"Really enjoyed my stay here. Great accommodation and food, roaring log fires in the room and some superb birding in the forest with Hudson. The staff are all really cheerful and brilliant. A special shout out goes to Joyce, who holds everything together! James"
"I loved the hotel and some of the best and most attentive service anywhere I've ever stayed. The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable. There needs to be a sign reminding the guests to treat the very fine staff with the respect they deserve or be asked to leave. "
