Ulcinj Municipality Hotels

"So, I was the first Expedia guest this property received. It's a little tricky to find at first as the name has changed recently but the new boards haven't arrived as the season hasn't started properly (mid April). The host who speaks good English welcomed me and explained everything well, showed me to my room etc etc. The pool wasn't in operation as it was still out of season but I didn't mind this too much. The room was spacious and clean, nice bathroom with a great shower. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and additional blankets. I did sneak a look at some other rooms that were vacant and we're all set up in a similar way. Some little finishes need attention but it didn't detract from my stay. I had a lovely little balcony that got good sun most of the day and was nice to sit out in the morning or early evening. My only gripe was the lack of convenient plug sockets. There isn't one near the kettle (not that I used it any way) and they are not particularly well placed in the bedroom but it's not a bad thing Breakfast was pleasant and had a good selection There is a few good restaurants nearby and a lovely welcoming pub called the shamrock a 5vminite walk away. Well worth a visit"

"Beautiful property within Ulcinj Old Town. The views from the pool and the restaurant are amazing. I ate at the restaurant every night - good affordable food, friendly staff and a number of vegetarian options. My room was cool and spacious. The hotel is spread out across a few buildings so it has a bit of a village feel to it. There’s a 10min walk down to the beach, probably 15min walk home because you’re going uphill. Definitely take them up on the offer to collect you and your bags in the golf cart - the only ways into the old town are up steep hills! That being said, you’re not walking uphill for long."
