"Lovely hotel. Great location, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. My son loved the indoor pool.
Our complimentary upgraded one-bedroom suite was amazing! The view was stunning.
The front desk staff at checkout who helped us had the most cheerful, professional, courteous, and friendly vibe! He should be a role model for current and future employee training.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel and want to thank everyone for making it such a wonderful experience. "

"Good location. Pool area both inside and out are great. Wine bar was closed so that was disappointing so not able to have a quiet drink, it was the week before Easter so maybe they shut down the good stuff when it’s not busy. The restaurant and the casino bar are too noisy etc for a relaxing evening. "
