Panamá Province Hotels

The hotel was BEAUTIFUL and in such a great area (Casco Vieja). I love the fact that you could totally hang out at the hotel at the bar, spa, or at one of the many restaurants. The only suggestion that I would make is for the rooms with terraces, to chairs to the terrace. We loved going out on the terrace, but there was no seating. However, even with this suggestion, it would only bring my rating down to a 9.5.

It was close to all the shopping malls

This hotel was great. Its location is perfect for a loop around the historic area. The staff is friendly, and most are fluent in English. Everything was clean and the room was spacious with a great balcony. They staff the front door 24/7 so no one unwelcome can enter. The rooftop bar and food was great. It isn't open 24/7 but there are plenty of other options for places to eat, and it is open at meal times. Wifi worked well.

My husband & I stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel in the heart of Casco Viejo, Panama. We loved the place. Staff is super helpful and kind. LOCATION LOCATION. Main Plaza and Cathedral are located one block away. Main places to visit, plazas, great rooftops, and great restaurants are at walking distance. When back to Panama will definitely go back to this hotel.

My husband and I stayed at this property for my birthday, and it was a wonderful decision. Top notch service with great restaurants and proximity to many attractions. One highlight was the friendly willingness and capability of James to coordinate a last-minute private trip to Portobelo for us. Our booked excursion was cancelled at the last minute. We informed James and he made sure my birthday wish came true. We had a wonderful visit!

My mom and I stayed two nights. The room was clean, and we could do an early check-in. It has a convenient location, is in the city's heart, and is close to a pharmacy, convenience store, and subway station. The room and the hotel were clean, modern, and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Our experience was pleasant; I'd choose it again.

Enjoyed my stay here. Will book again if in Panama.

Great pool. Great location. Great shuttle Offer better sightseeing options

Very good airport hotel overnight. Good restaurant in hotel. Reliable airport shuttle 24/7. Friendly staff. Will stay again.

great place !! would stay there again

Personal súper amable. La ubicación insuperable si tu objetivo es conocer el casco viejo. Las vistas de la azotea un deleite.

Great staff and location perfect for the single traveler. If the hotel and the friends rate stays the same I will be back...

Older property but very clean. Loved how quiet it was. We had an ocean view room. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the ships come by for the canal. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family visited Panama for vacation. The holiday Inn was clean, bed comfy, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We will definitely recommend to friends.

went to the city to check out the canal. visited the casco Antigua very interesting.

This was my 3rd trip to Panama City this year and my first at this hotel. I stayed 8 nights. I loved: 1. The location: closed to lots of bars, restaurants and well appointed supermarkets (El Cangrejo area). this is fantastic location , 2. The service (always with a smile, and the front desk personal speaks English). Tips: guys don’t forget to leave a dollar tip a day for the cleaning lady.. goes a long way.. not a big deal for most clients. 3. The night club on the rooftop: it is only loud...

Great location, comfortable rooms and especially great staff!

I did not personally was guest of this hotel but my reservation was accepted. The only drawback was that a local tourist guide contacted before hand, could not get in contact with the intended tourists, due to the ineptitude of the front desk clerk, who demanded from the tourist guide to provide the room number of the guests in order to contact them. As a result, the tourists had to get a tourist guide on their own. My suggestion for the future is for the desk clerk to first get in contact...

My wife and I travel a lot, this time we were in Panama for the longest ever vacation, 2 weeks. The Metro Hotel surpassed our expectations, cold a/c and hot water all the time, comfortable and no noise from other rooms, no insects whatsoever, bathroom very modern, daily room cleanup, free limited breakfast coffee/tea, fruits, eggs or pancakes, cereal, juice. The wait staff were very friendly, Tata and Alvaro in the small restaurant that seats 24 were very friendly, proactive, and a few mornings...
