"All good, annoying you have to show your room card to get into the hotel area when you’re hands are full, maybe put a table by the entrance so you don’t have to put your belongings on the floor to get your room key out of your pocket"
"Checked in, got to my rm open the door to find large both dead and alive cockroaches all over the dresser in the shower. Went to office to get another rm, after he checked about 3 arms found a sufficient one, this used to be a great property, it appears someone purchased the property and can't afford to maintain it. I won't be back, I've stayed at this property half a dozen times in the past and always enjoyed it, now it's really declined."
"One of the evening receptionists, a shorter woman with glasses, was excellent! She went above and beyond to help me when I was facing some issues related to my reservation. My debit card was cancelled due to my travels and although she was not allowed to accept cash deposits, she took a cash deposit from me and even lowered it so she wasn’t taking all of my money. I would have not had anywhere to sleep for the night until my bank opened in the morning. She is awesome.
However when I checked out, I was trying to explain how the woman had helped me and wanted to attempt to retrieve my cash fearing an issue, two gentlemen appeared totally annoyed and disgusted by me whilst i vocalized my desire for the cash deposit to be returned. They treated me as if I was some creep off the streets instead of a paying customer who reserved a multiple night stay."
"I purchased a king bed and was forced to use a queen room. Room smelled of Marijuana and the AC was loud all night. Additionally, the blackout curtains were worthless and the sunrise around 5:15am woke me up. Airport shuttle is once hourly, also not communicated, resulting in my having to pay nearly $30 for an Uber and nearly missing my flight. Staff was rude and inferred I was lying when told that I had been misinformed."
