"Amazing stay in this lovely hotel!
The breakfast was gorgeous, and Cosco is a true superstar. Xavi at reception is a real professional, and all the reception team are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The spa is simply lovely.
This is not just a place to visit — it’s a paradise to live in. I highly recommend it!
A big shout-out to all the hardworking staff and management. You can truly feel the love here."
"Great property to say in terms of facility, food, room, and staff. The water in summer month when we were there was full of sea weed, but if you go past the sea weed the water was clear and clean."
"Lovely breakfast - excellent choice. Dinner at the hotel was also good. Beautiful view of the sea and spacious apartment. Was a bit disappointed that we left early on the last day at 7.45, breakfast was available from 8 am and when we informed reception the night before, they only offered us the option of a magdalena and coffee. We didn’t bother with that."
"Definitely a 3 star hotel. The food was oily, lacked diversity, and was not of top quality. I also had to change rooms, because I was initially getting smells from the kitchen coming all the way to my room from the ventilation. There's also another hotel right next door that has an amphitheater setup that blasts music until 10:30pm every night of the week, and it faces directly on the hotel rooms, meaning you get very little peace at night if you're facing that side of the hotel. The only upside was the service in this hotel, which was impeccable. The staff were all extremely polite, warm and friendly. But yeah, a lot of improvements to be made before it becomes a 4 star in my opinion."
"All the hotel staff are lovely, very pleasant and helpful.
The hotel itself is in a good central position for shops and restaurants and has a good, secure bike storage facility with limited tools, a bike wash station, a shower, a toilet and drinking water.
The room was specious with a seperate bedroom, 2 large single beds pushed together but made up separately, a shower room with hairdryer, dining/kitchenette/living area and a small balcony. Utensils a bit battered and burnt but ample pans ect. A coffee machine, toaster and kettle all provided. Cleaners almost everyday baring twice a week and although it was nice of them to straighten the beds and empty the bins, not much cleaning took place! Although the hotel states there is wifi in the rooms, we were unable to access it at all during our 12 night stay at the beginning of October. The pool was freezing as it doesn't get the sun all day and not all the sunbeds are able to be in the sun but, again, it was October. The bar is cheap enough and you are allowed to have glass round the pool area. The only bad thing to say about the hotel is the extremely annoying background music played constantly in the reception and pool area. It was like being put on hold on the phone only you couldn't hang up! There are prettier locations to stay, like Pollenca but Muro does have lots going on and the hotel is literally just accross the road from the beach. Altogether, a pleasant stay for what we paid. Definitely a 3* plus. "
"If you are looking for a cheep place for a family or small group then this would be a great place. I booked the hotel as it gave the impression that there was secure parking on site yet when we arrived we discovered that it was just on street parking.
The room was a good size but had a stake damp smell. Luckily it was cool enough to have the windows open over night. "
