"We had such a great stay here! The location was perfect, super central for where we needed to be. It’s right across from a museum, with so many delicious restaurants just steps away. The staff was kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was very clean and spacious. And it was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. They also provided complimentary water every day and even gave us a plug adapter when I realized I forgot mine, seriously a lifesaver lol. Another huge plus was finding a room with a king bed, which surprisingly wasn’t easy during our trip. Overall, such a comfortable and convenient stay. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The Building is an older building, classically beautiful but rooms have shared bathrooms down the corridor with poor lighting. You cannot tell if one of the bathrooms is occupied until you try the door, if you push too hard you can walk in on someone or they walk in on you. The reception Team are absolutely lovely and as I said it is a classically beautiful building, it does need a lot of tender loving care (TLC) It is very centrally located, so great for getting around Madrid This accommodation suits students but sorry to say not for me on my next Madrid trip. Thank you to all the Team on Reception and Cleaning Team you do an awesome job with what you have"

"After this trip in Spain. I truly fell in love with the Barcelo chain of hotels. The staff at this hotel are truly helpful, really nice and went above and beyond. They had set up some balloons and cake and cava for my birthday that I didnt expected. The facility is so clean, well maintained and breakfast was amazing. I will definitely recommend and go back to this hotel."

"The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The property was very clean. And the location was central to everything. I would recommend this hotel. My only complaint was with the bathroom. Although the bathroom and the shower were both spacious, the shower door did not close properly which caused leaking into the bathroom floor. The shower floor was quite slippery. We asked if they could provide a shower mat but never received one. Finally, the bath towels were thick and new, which sounds like a plus however, they left tons of lint all over our bodies. We had to ask for old, lint-free towels, which we received. These were all minor things and generally I would recommend Hotel Regina."
