Beautiful hotel. Well maintained. Staff was very accommodating.

Room was okay. Clean bed but quite old amenities overall. Good for one night. Hot water and strong water pressure (which is rare to have both even in way better hotels). One things though, the toilet flush would overflow every time I’d flush. This would need to be fixed cause even if the water was clean, it is a bit disturbing.

Incredibly comfortable, classy hotel. Service impeccable. Friendly. Rooms very nice. Rooftop restaurant/bar very comfortable and great views. Truly one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Stayed 2 nights to get over jet lag and it was perfect. Huge room, wonderful helpful staff, excellent buffet breakfast included, swimming pool was perfection, beautiful gardens. It's also quiet even though close to the center of things. Also liked the historic character of the place--everything the newer chains have in amenities, plus great character.

Bassac staff were great! we loved our little room and the people were so accomodating to us I really coulnd't fault anything. Right near bassac lane where its all happening and a conveinent location to get to places. I would highly reccomend anyone who's coming to Phnom Penh to stay here as I think you would really enjoy it!

Great property, very clean and well maintained. The area BKK1 is like a higher end part of Phnom Penh. Definitely highly recommend and would stay here again.
