"The room is definitely a great value and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The only issue I had was with the front desk guy who was a bit rude when I asked for the wifi password, he commented that he had already given it to me, but he hadn't."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Cassendra Kandy. From checking in to a spotless and very well set out room, amazing breakfast to exceptional staff. There is not one thing we could complain about. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Kandy. To the Manager Madusanka and all your staff Dilrukshi, Imandha, Padhum, Isuru, you all went above and beyond. Your attention to detail was 5 stars. Thanks again"

"Really lovely hotel set above Kandy with gorgeous views. We stayed for 2 nights and it was a perfectly relaxing stay. The food is great at the restaurant on the top floor. The rooms are large and clean. Really friendly staff. 100% recommend"

"Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t have time to try. Overall fully recommend."
