"Safety is a priority at the hotel, as room keys are checked before allowing access to the room elevators. Six high-speed elevators made getting between the rooms and the lobby a breeze. My room was pretty basic but clean and refreshed. Great hot water and big fluffy towels. Housekeeping comes every day without you having to ask. Loved having two restaurants, a bar, and a comedy club show right in the hotel. Location cannot be beat, extremely walkable to Times Square and the Broadway theaters. Also very close to the Big Bus Hop On Hop Off station, and to a CVS for the purchase of sundries. Great Art Deco details make it a beautiful hotel."

"Very close to the bus station so this the outside was very dirty sadly been in camping for homeless folks but there were guards at the doors to get up to the lobby of the hotel"
