"Excelente servicio de todo el personal y el lugar preciosisimo! Solo nos falló que no hubiera agua caliente en la cabaña, pero lo demás positivo lo compensó."

"Didn't pay for 5-star hotel so didn't expect 5-star conditions, only cleanliness, instead after driving 7 hours in the night to get here, with a kid as well, they gave us a dirty room with dirty sheets, full of different flying bugs. Told a guy about it and he had the audicity to give us "clean" sheets to change them ourselves, some of them didn't even fit so in the end he changed our room. Next day we arrived later in the evening at the property and they told us we didn't respect their rules and we have to leave. Of course we didn't leave as we haven't even been noticed in advance and it was our last night in there. Nobody speaks a word of English in there. I would avoid this place."

"The hotel is incredibly close to the main attraction however it is very basic. it is clean and has decent food for purchase, shower pressure is 1/10 the sink has more flow. i used a cup to splash myself from the sink to the shower just to get the soap off my body. I did not dare to wash my hair. I ended up checking out early and driving to the city for a hot shower."

"The staff is friendly, the free breakfast is great, the place is in a good area, near the park and a mall, I will stay there again when I go back to Coban. "

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was very clean but the property was a bit dated although still lovely. It was quiet at night. Staff had limited English if you’re dependent on that. Breakfast was delicious with good coffee. Beds were a bit hard but I still slept fine!."
