"I had a great experience at this hotel! I arrived an hour before check-in and my room was ready. I'm also grateful they were able to accommodate my request for a room with a view of the Pertronas Towers, it was the best. :) The location is perfect and the rooftop pool area has an even better view than any observation deck could offer. My only suggestion is to notify guests of the mandatory cash deposit upon booking as they informed me after I arrived (with no local currency but thankfully they accepted USD instead). Overall, the staff was great, the room was huge and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in the heart of KL."

The turndown service was top notch and the food by the pool is cooked right next to you. It’s some of the best food I’ve had. I would definitely go back to this property and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to KL. "
