"I rarely describe a hotel as a “must-stay,” but this property fully earns that distinction. Service is outstanding. Every staff member — reception, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant team — is professional, courteous, and proactive. The consistency across departments reflects excellent management and training. The team does not simply respond to requests; they anticipate needs. We visited to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I informed the hotel in advance. Upon arrival, we found a beautifully arranged welcome message in the room with a birthday greeting for her. They also prepared a small birthday cake in the fridge. The gesture was thoughtful and sincere, and it made the stay memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping standards were high. Location is another major strength. The hotel sits in the centre of Taoxichuan, within 5–10 minutes’ walk of numerous ceramic shops. On Friday and Saturday nights, the nearby market features many Jingdezhen-based artists. It is ideal for anyone exploring the city’s ceramic culture. The indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were excellent, especially in winter. Important note: this is the Hyatt Unbound Collection Taoxichuan hotel, not the Hyatt Place next door."

"Charged much higher fees than market price for booking a vehicle to airport for guests and the vehicle was too tight. The driver seems not very friendly and no one from the hotel came out to help loading our luggage. Other than these, we had a very good experience with this hotel."
