Absolute perfection! Exceptional staff, outstanding food, and flawless service. Truly nothing to fault!

This one of the most stunning hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were incredible and food was fantastic. They have a location that is unequaled for its view. I know this post sounds a little fabricated, but i promise you it isn't. When we opened the drapes to our balcony my wife burst into tears over the view. If i had any negative comments it would be lack of entertainment during evening. But if you are going there to be romantic, who cares! 5 stars all the way!!

We stayed a week at Seraya and had a great time relaxing and exploring what the ocean has to offer. It's a great resort to relax and enjoy the sun and sea. The resort has a beautiful house reef where you see all sorts of sea life. And an hour away are some of the best diving sites in the world. The staff is very kind. The facilities are great. The dive center is top notch. The only thing that could be improved is the food (it's above average, but nothing special). That said we didn't mind it...

Great room thats close to the airport. About a 5 minute walk. Compfy beds and a shower with good pressure. Cute chairs to sit outside and watch tge chickens.

Nice hotel convenient location and clean

If you're looking for an idyllic getaway where they cater to all your needs, this is the property to go to in Labuan Bajo. We stayed here for the final night of our trip after getting back from a 4-day cruise through the archipelago and it was just what we needed before heading back home.

We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included. The villa itself is beautiful. The private pool is immaculate and our kids loved swimming in the afternoon (after about 1PM the sun is in the west and leaves most of the pool aread nicely shaded). The...

The place was really small, I didn't mind it but just know it's basically the bed and a small desk area. The fragrance in the towels and bed sheets made me sick, really strong but then again I don't use scented laundry detergents at home. The free drink was horrible, really sugary wish I could have substituted it went to waste. I like that the bed was comfortable which is important to me when I'm traveling. This was an excellent place to stay and amazing value for money - the room was spacious, and clean with a comfortable bed and air conditioning and a private bathroom The hostess, Ocha, couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful and ready to assist with anything you might need. She provided a good breakfast (included in the price) and recommended a local driver who took me to a nearby cave for swimming on my last day then dropped me at the airport.
