"I would like to say that Tiago was a big help getting us a new room as our AC did not work properly and we had a poor first night sleep. Have stayed at other Wot hotels where we arrived and received free welcome drinks. When we arrived here after hours driving on 35 degree Friday, we couldn't even BUY a drink. 2 bars, both closed. Not even a suggestion of an alternative option.Nice location by a lagoon on a hot day and can't even get a beer. Disappointing.
If I knew this when I was booking I would have stayed at one of the other options within 30 mins. On a 10 day road trip of northern Portugal, this was the worst value hotel we stayed at.

Shower head was dodgy so shower was frustrating
