"We stayed here during our short stay in Melbourne and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and wonderful throughout our stay, always friendly and willing to assist with anything we needed. One highlight was the complimentary airport shuttle service, which was very convenient and easy to use. It made our arrival and departure much less stressful. "Great location. Tram stop outside. Plenty of eating option nearby. Shorth walk from the skybus station. Staff were friendly and helpfull. 24 hour front desk. Rooms were well appointed. Mine had decent sized bathroom, comfy bed, couch, small table, tv and desk. There is a coffee station and small fridge but no microwave. There is a big supermarket accross the road."
