"It was okay, The room was decent. I did have it to myself which was nice. I was not used to self service hostels so it was a little confusing when I got there. ALSO, the map took me to a similar address on the outskirts of town. I was happy I arrived in the daytime. A very kind local took me all the way back to the proper address! ❤️"

The location is excellent right in the central square, the staff at the front desk is always kind and friendly, very supportive. Probably the best staff I have experienced ever. The rooms are large by European standards, the bathroom is quite large, the bed and linens are good not luxury but very good, the breakfast was included in our rate and it was quite good, we were allowed a late checkout and that was pretty good and helpful.

RUNNING OF THE BULLS! This hotel is 200' walking from the town centre where the Opening Ceremony occurs, Bulls run through, and all the action is! FANTASTIC LOCATION! VERY expensive for those days but worth it if you are going for the occasion - so convenient to walk back and forth to enjoy it all w/o having to take transportation. Parking available.

We went during the San Fermin festival, so the street in which the hotel is located was jam-packed with people, which made the very small façade difficult to find (it was only 20 yards in from the plaza, but we passed it). However, once we found it and went up to the reception level (one floor up), it was a wonderful reprieve from the chaos outside. A simple comfortable clean hotel. Helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast decent WiFi in a safe, clean section of the modern part of Pamplona. For North American guests, the nearby ‘More Than Burgers’ restaurant is an amazing value.

The most important thing to know about this hotel, is it is NOT in Galar. It is in Salinas de Pamplona. The other thing to know, is that you need a car. There isn't any public transportation. We stayed here because the price was right and it was close enough to Pamplona for the Running of the Bulls. The hotel was comfortable and the town was quiet. There was one restaurant, but they were closed for vacation. I would recommend this hotel if you want a quiet mountain place to stay.
