Hotels in Zihuatanejo Centro

I am fortunate to find this hotel. The amenities were perfect. The hotels reviews are understated. Staff and properties delivered much more than I thought and much more than most require. When the beach was too hot, I was able to resort back to one of the balconies with a refreshing beverage which gave me such relief from the heat. I love my stays at all the hotels in Zihuatanejo over the …big and not so big but I have just reserved my next visit for this hotel and this hotel only. The...

I rarely write reviews but this facility truly warrants some commentary. My wife and myself visited for our 20th anniversary and EVERYTHING was spectacular; Service, location and dining. Service - At no point during our stay did I ever have to search for an answer. The staff from Laura at the front desk to Fredy in the restaurant a subtle glance from either myself or my spouse they would spring into action...INCREDIBLE Location - this hotel is literally built into a rock formation and...

The location is great with a short 10-15 minute walk to town either by surface street along the canal or the path along the water. Rooms are rustic and comfortable with private deck, hammock, fridge, coffee maker, daily maid service providing bottled water and even nightly turn down service where they replace the flower petals on your bed with something like coconut macaroon cookies. in the afternoons there was a bottle of tequila out for sampling in the lobby. A nice touch. Good food at the...

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Casita emensely. The view overlooking Zihua Bay was spectacular. Morning breakfast was both varied and tasty. Very short walk to La Ropa beach. About one mile walk to center of town or taxis readily available. The staff was welcoming, always and helpful. There are 5 large bedrooms in this facility. After the four other occupants, that were there when we arrived left, we had the whole place to ourselves.would HIGHLY recommend this lodging.

Thoughtfully designed, in a thoroughly relaxed location, made even better by literally the entire staff who made us feel welcome. No notes. A perfect stay.

Every single member of the staff was friendly, respectful, considerate, and earnest. I have stayed at luxury hotels all over the world, including in Hawaii, and I have never come across a more caring staff. The attitude toward the guest is "this is your home." And when you are there you feel like part of a small family. I wish I had taken more pictures of the staff & I. A very special thanks to Edgar, Huber, and David.

I loved the calmness, peacefulness and Resort-type atmosphere. The staff provided A-1 customer service in the restaurant, in the beach and pool area. Everyone was very accommodating! My suite was a promotion, which was great, but I was very surprised to find out that when I checked out I was charged a 3% lodging tax, 16% sales tax, 7% service charge, 8% Resort fee. These taxes came up to 34% more on my bill. I would have liked to pay everything upfront. All these extra charges added $600.00 to...

Muy buena propiedad la dueña del hotel muy buena persona maravillosa vibra 10/10 mejor hotel para hospedaje en troncones me voy satisfecha del establecimiento y de las lindas personas del establecimiento y del pueblo 100% recomendable

Place was amazing. Nice little boutique hotel. Close to beach and a handful of restaurants.

I wanted a nice, quiet environment where I could relax without the hustle and bustle a typical beach environment brings. I didn't want vendors bothering me every few moments nor share a beach with 200 other strangers. This is why Capella was an excellent choice! The rooms with a private-edge infinity pool are a must for couples wanting to relax by the pool with a nice drink in hand. We will be back!

We loved our time at Tres.Muejeres. Troncones is. Quiet town and relaxing is a premium. Most staff were wonderful. Housekeeping was great and helpful as was front desk staff (wish I remembered names - one nice gentleman didnt speak English, but with my little Spanish we managed - the other was new and spoke English). However, there were moments the entire staff would congregate on the common areas and it seemed they were talking about us. They looked at us, laughed, and said some words that I...

We loved this spot! A 5-min walk up (and down) the hill to the town of Zihuantanejo with great views of the boats in the bay, town, and the area beaches from our balcony. We loved the morning sun and watching the sun go down across the bay from the balcony (note the theme -- but in case you are not sure, we loved having a balcony to sit out on). One thing to note, if you are looking for fancy American-style resort, go to Ixtapa; Zihua is laid back town and hotel is very clean, good, but...

I like everything about this hotel
