"Maybe I’m exaggerating a little, maybe it isn’t empirically accurate, and I only stayed one night here, but my experience of the room made me feel that it was better than most 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at. The room was super neat and clean, stocked with all toiletries, coffee/tea (sure it was just a keurig, and some 4 star hotels do have nespresso, but it did the job well), huge bed, big windows, smooth check-in, no complaints at all. Sure there’s a parking fee, but in my limited experience of Chicago downtown, these parking prices are hard to beat in that area for anything outside of street parking which can be hard to get. "

"Hotel was great! Great location, very close to Michigan Ave. we were able to walk everywhere! Rooftop bar had fun vibe, staff was so accommodating and rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking garage is separately managed and for compact cars only! Found a lot one block over that was a little cheaper for overnight parking. We could see over the lot from our room! Restaurant looked nice, didn’t get to try it. "

"Most convenient location for a show at the House of Blues. Accommodated our request for late checkout at 2pm. Nice bar and Yolk restaurant is connected. "

"Room was decent, but had some cleaning unfinished. Staff was nowhere to be found a couple times at the front desk, had asked for some extra blankets and toilet paper and never received until we called the desk an hour later. Valet parking wasn’t terrible except for 1 issue of not getting our car for almost an hour of waiting. "
