"Excellent hotel, by far one of the best in Mumbai. The property itself and services are top notch, but in addition, the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and accommodating. We stayed in order to attend their Sunday brunch and it did not disappoint. Great choices and also live singers which created a jolly atmosphere. It is now our go-to hotel when in Mumbai."

"Every aspect of the Four Seasons in Mumbai spells comfort, class and sophistication. The staff at every touch point provided exemplary service. They were customer centric and very accommodating. "Taj President as the name suggests was the one of the best experiences in Mumbai. The peak of summer outside and cool, comfort yet warm inside 😺 Courteous and professional staff, tasty food and clean interiors. The best part is the people with a friendly and helpful attitude. The only improvement area could be the breakfast space - you need a larger layout and spread. Thank you 👍"
