"Lo malo fue que cuando llegamos nos miraron como si no tuviésemos dinero una señora del Front desk y sin saber que estaríamos más de una.noche pagamos extra por valet parking que son excelentes y extra por El desayuno era muy bueno pero la gente no tenía idea de tratar a personas si son del walk-in cómo atenderlas darles comodidad mejor precio si los comparan con los de las páginas web y más si pagan en efectivo el dueño quiere dinero soy gerente de del front desk y desgraciadamente no fueron amables tuvieron que llamar a un señor Alberto que fue amable y estamos por ir de nuevo dentro de poco Ahora el Personal del market place era el mejor La piscina excelente El housekeeping excelente el personal del desayuno bueno pero el front desk terrible ni las llamadas las devolvían y las me descontaron 52 por un espaldar viejo que reportamos que se estaba pelando del calor y no era por nuestra culpa era viejo y nos dijeron que no descontarían y lo hicieron "
