This was a very nice hotel and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It is pretty close to the city center and far enough away to be in a nicer area. The staff was excellent and I would recommend it.
This hotel is awesome if you are staying in Prague. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Mattress was firm which is how I like it. The breakfast is better than ANY hotel I have visited before. Artisan breads, pastries, eggs and bacon, cereals and yogurts, Espresso machine...A+. Free wifi at a decent download speed. Very friendly and courteous staff. The price of the room is very reasonable considering what you get and the quality of the facilities.
Even if I checked-in a bit late some nice lady guided me through the process so everything was ok.
Room was on the smaller size, but bed was fine and bathroom clean so no issues there.
I could only recommend for solo or on budget travelling.
This is a great hotel with a wonderful breakfast. It's only a 6 minute walk to a grocery store and the public transit (underground). Definitely recommend and would stay here again.
This is the absolute best stay in Prague for a couple. Passionate hotel staff provided us with welcome drinks, went over the city map, and made us dinner reservations (including Michelin star) for the next 3 nights. Room was very well appointed, comfortable beds. Location was so central yet felt like a quiet Sunday which is remarkable considering the throngs of tourists a few blocks over. 5 star boutique vibes at a very reasonable rate. Convenient walking distance to many of the sights in prague. The free walking tour is a plus. I had an upgrade that they did not honor which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. It was a great property with very accomodating and friendly staff

Beyond the welcoming and informed staff, the comfortable room, and the delicious food, we truly enjoyed the impressive art. Loved the music theme and had a great time trying to guess the various artists.

I booked this hotel based on ratings on Expedia and Tripadvisor. When I arrived, I was greeted with drinks and a tour of the hotel, as well as a detail introduction of attractions and activities in Prague. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a hill that looks down on the picturesque view of old town Prague. From the hotel, most attractions are within 20-30 min walking distance. Food is excellent in the hotel and worth the price, although you have many choices...
Great location about 2 blocks from the Palace side of the Charles Bridge (less busy side.) Easy to walk over into the crowds of Old Town. Quiet, clean neighborhood. Nice staff, yummy restaurant in the lobby, spacious clean rooms. No complaints other than some rooms aren’t accessible by elevator so it’s possible that you’d have to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Also, would have hoped to be able to purchase air mail stamps to mail my kiddo a post card considering it used to be a post...

The hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible to many landmarks. Staff is courteous and very professional. Room was immaculate and housekeeping was great. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Excellent hotel.
