"The overhead to enter the building was onerous. Having to send pictures of self, driver's license, using 3rd party payment apps (which I believe is a violation of Hotels.com ToS) for cleaning and deposit, was frustrating.
Once I had the codes to enter the room, it fit my requirements, but I wholly do not recommend having rooms like this on Hotels.com for last minute bookings."

"The place is clean. There is a mini fridge in room plus it has a full shared kitchen and laundry. Private room and bathroom. On the top floor is a balcony that looks out at Mt Rainier. "The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. "
