"Good: The room is comfortable. The kitchenette is well appointed. The breakfast offering is outstanding. The location is excellent. Needs improvement: The staff should be better informed. We checked in as a party of three, but there were no provisions for our third guest, including linens or towels. If the hotel policy is to not make up the sleeper sofa for a third guest, we should have been informed when we checked in. The housekeepers never visited our room during our 2-nite stay, even when we specifically asked the room be tidied."
