The staff are very professional, polite, and competent. Their level of care is far beyond any hotel that I have been to. Thank you.

OVERALL: Once you pass through the very understated entrance gate, and go through check-in, you'll find yourself in a spacious, beautiful palace. Calm, serene, beautifully restored, with a spectacularly beautiful bar and an amazing courtyard with fountain works. The area makes for a beautiful night walk. The former queen's pool is fit for...well, a queen. F&B: you're greeted with nice chocolates with some local flavours. The restaurant was the only let-down; the cheap 90-s Thai optic...

The staff is wonderful. It’s a lovely hotel a home away from home. Mr. Manoj is the best a very helpful and kind person.

The service is absolutely exceptional. Every member of the staff has a pleasant smile and a heartfelt “Namaste” no matter whether you are in the dining areas, hallways or poolside. True Taj hospitality! They go out of their way to take care of every need the guests may have. Great location and wonderful hospitality!

Very courteous staff. Restaurant staff was exceptionally good

excellent stay. I really recommend this hotel for comfort, location and value for money! Awesome. My third stay here.

This was the best hotel I ever stayed. The staff was kind, the food was great.

Nice, clean, spacious room and bathroom - quiet guest floors - food choices at main dining hall was extraordinary - lobby smaller than other hotels but seemed efficient enough.

Amazing property and great experience. The staff made us feel welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel offers an impressive range of dining and beverage options, and it continues to uphold the renowned Taj standard of hospitality. Overall, an outstanding stay and a property I would highly recommend.
