Hotels in Riem

We stayed with our adult children at the Hotel Obermaier during Octoberfest. It was all that we had hoped for. It is a traditional hotel with a good restaurant attached. It is convenient by Metro to downtown Munich. It is much more reasonably priced than closer-in hotels. Our room and bathroom were comfortable. The breakfast was unbelievably generous and delicious. We will definitely stay at the Hotel Obermaier if we are fortunate enough to return to Munich, particularly during Octoberfest.

Great Hotel! Amazing staff as they responded to all request quickly. They even help me find a nail salon close by. VIP room upgrade was amazing! Very clean hotel, amazing gym considering the area. Very quiet, close by all shopping and dining in Marienplatz.

Amazing restaurant with wonderful service. Breakfast buffet is well worth it and a great restaurant for dinner upon arrival. Rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Great location in a beautiful area!

Nice hotel and close to everything you need. For such a large hotel it had a small hotel feel.

The front desk staff were friendly and responsive and the breakfast restaurant staff was perfect the girls really work hard and are friendly

Great hotel, rooms so nice. Roof top bar was great and view was unbelievable. Service outstanding, didn’t hesitate to hold our bags or accommodate early check-in for tired travelers. We are a family with 3 kids and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Very walkable area.

Having just arrived from a terrible hotel experience in Paris as part of an extended vacation, checking in to Hotel Metropol was a breath of fresh air. All of the staff was friendly, hospitable, and very helpful but the gentlemen who works the front desk in the afternoon was exceptional!! Nice staff, clean room and great location to where it was easy to access the grocery store and the subway. I love there was a washer and dryer in the room.

This was a very quick trip to Munich, Germany and I couldn't have been happier with this hotel. The location was perfect for me. It was a very easy walk to a train station with a direct line to the airport, a less than ten minute walk to Marienplatz, beer halls, museums, and again the train station that got me to wherever else I wanted to go.
