"What Could Have Been - The cozy duplex looked fantastic in the photos, sized just right for our family and had so much potential to be an amazing Christmas in Guangzhou, but alas.. the upkeep (or lack thereof) of items inside and missed attention to hygiene turned off my family so much we had to seek to cancel rest of our stay shortly after arrival. "The property itself is good not great. Would I stay here again,yes. Was a slightly disappointed in the condition of the actual room itself yes. The interior of the hotel itself is beautiful but the rooms had better days. I’m not a fan of wood floor with lifted flooring. If you can get past that it’s in a safe location with plenty things to do within a reasonable reach. "
