"we had the premium twin, very well appointed, good sized bathroom & excellent shower. Spotless clean Staff were excellent in all interactions. Kept our bags for 3 dats before arrived. Great buffet breakfast. We had to leave early on the last day & staff kindly packaged up a breakfast to take with us. "Nice and clean hotel very centrally located near Namba. Even though Toyoko Inn doesn't have the biggest rooms it was practical in its layout. If you want to go out for drinks in Namba while you're in Osaka, this hotel is very practical as all the major attractions in Namba are nearby."

"Useful location. We were on the 9th floor and it included a suite full of drinks and snacks as well as a great Starbucks machine that created many Starbucks specials. Location has lots in the ‘hood. Nearby Osaka attractions and a convenient train connection to KIX. Some strange arrangements and charges took the edge off."
