"Very friendly front desk, breakfast and cleaning staff. They ensure are requested was met as well as offer suggestion for tours and restaurants. Thank you for an excellent experience at the Le Dauphin Hotel in Quebec City."
"Every year, I visit relatives in Quebec City and always stay at the Grand Times in Charlesbourg. Location is closed to shopping mail, awesome restaurants and 10 minute drive to Old Quebec and walk path along the St-Lawrence River."
"Super fun and sort of quirky hotel. It reminds me a bit of old Las Vegas. But a real gem in a great location to be able to zip in and out of downtown by car."
"The Hotel Le Littoral was the perfect spot for us. The room was spacious and very clean and exceptionally quiet. The price point was much better than staying in Old Quebec City, yet we were a very short drive from there. The elevator was a little tricky, but once we figured it out, it was good. Overall, it is a very good place to stay."
"Super clean room - Beautiful setting next to St-Charles River and nature hiking nearby - Beautiful setting within First Nation Wendat community. Stayed at this property several times and will return again and again!"
"We loved our stay here. The staff were really friendly and everyone spoke English which was helpful for us with inadequate French. The lake was just stunning and we had a brilliant view from our room. There is a supermarket just up the road that we utilised and the food was great although menu was limited. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you want something different and appreciate the use of the lake equipment and beautiful scenery."
"This was our last over-night stay returning to Ontario from PEI. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was great, beds comfortable and washroom accessible.
The Sunday breakfast was just perfect as we set back on the road. We traveled with our dog, these is a pet fee. Near by is a huge waterfall that was $16/ per to get into and see up close. We did Uber Eats from poulet rouge. It was delicious and healthy. We willbemaking this a stop on our next east coast adventure."
"Clean rooms (seemed recently renovated) .parking is very convenient. Location good as well.Tim Horton's right outside the hotel parking.Staff is very very helpful; shout out to "Liam" great lad ."
"Front desk was super friendly and attended all our requests without a problem. The room and everywhere was very clean and neat. Beds comfortable. Had a great stay ! 100% will return when we are back to quebec"
"Modern, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Walking distance to the train/bus station and old Quebec. Good breakfast in the pleasant atrium-style restaurant. The pool was a bit small and there was no hot tub, but ok for a dip after a hot and humid summer day of wandering. A few good restaurants nearby."

Very much enjoyed the hotel. It was central in old Quebec, the staff was very helpful. We had a room with a fireplace which added warmth and ambiance. The hotel also has a nice library room with a fire, games, expressi machine. A nice place to relax before heading out into the city. Restaurant in the hotel is good - farm to table. Overall very enjoyable and would stay again
This charming hotel is located on a pedestrian-only street just behind the Frontenac Hotel, making it a perfect base for exploring the area on foot. The entrance is through the excellent Italian restaurant on the ground floor, which adds to the property's unique character. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room wasn't large, but it was thoughtfully designed and made great use of the space. It featured a mini-fridge, a comfortable bed, and a modern, updated shower. We also enjoyed a view of the...
I already made comments in the previous stay two days ago. This is our second stay in 6 night vacation in Quebec City. As I mentioned in the previous comment, Melissa and staff were all there to help you in any way. The hotel is in a great location to do anything around the town. The room, shower, amenities, safety, quietness... they got everything covered. Love the hotel!!!
Only negative was one afternoon we wanted to have a drink outside but they had to get permission from waiter since we were not ready to have dinner yet. He agreed and was nice but it was a bit awkward
Great location just inside the walls of old town Quebec. Room was spacious and beautiful. Very short, walk to restaurants, shops, etc. Would definitely book this hotel again.
Location, location, location! Stayed three nights and never had to use our car, which was provided with a designated parking space. This hotel was clean, and walkable to everything. Staff extremely friendly.
The room was extremely comfortable and was large. The staff at the front desk was very helpful with what to do in Quebec and when would be the best times to those things. Very personable and polite.
Great hotel for families with young kids. We stayed in room 139 which was right near the 7(!!!) bouncy houses. The kids also enjoyed the pool and the splash pad. There is construction around the hotel but we didn't hear anything and it didn't interfere with getting in or out the hotel. They don't clean the room during they stay (we stayed for 4 nights) but they take the garbage and will replace your towels if you ask them. We didn't have a problem with this policy.
Again, the kids didn't want...
