The staff I interacted with everyday at the Watertown Hotel during my 4-night stay there were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient and safe area. House keeping is offered every other day, which works perfect for me. Room amenities, such as coffee was not automatically refilled during room cleaning. Modern and attractive with any amenity you may need for a longer stay.

A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed

The view from the room on high floor is great. There is some nicks on the furniture and paint dents in the actual room.

Appreciated the Underground pkg., although the spaces were a bit small to maneuver. Liked that there were convenient & walkable places eat in the area. The staff was very friendly.

Best place to stay while in Seattle

Beautiful view, minutes from our destination, very comfortable bed

My son and I stayed here during a visit to University of Washington. The location was fantastic - easy walk to campus and to public transportation to go downtown. Parking was easy, and the beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable. I was very happy with our stay!

This hotel is fabulous, very clean, very well kept. We had a corner room on the 15th floor with giant windows so the view was awesome. It was a little tight for 4 adults though. Breakfast included potatoes, eggs, some type of a sausage/patty and vegetarian option, waffle makers, bagels/toast, bananas, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, condiments, juices, hot coffee/tea, cereal, very well stocked. The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice!!

King suite was great.

We elected to not have the daily housekeeping in exchange for a $10 daily food/drink credit. However the bar was way too crowded to use it so we didn’t get to redeem it. Other credit options would be nice to have since we saved the hotel wages paid to housekeeping by doing this. Also, it would be nice to have a mini fridge rather than a mini bar in the room.

One of three Hyatt properties next to each other this hotel is smaller but cozy and friendly. Good restaurant, great spa with a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and nail salon. Walking distance from the Pike Place Market and a block away from the Paramount Theater and the Seattle Convention Center. Great food options in the blocks surrounding the hotel. I'll be back.

When driving in it looked kind of old but the hotel was nice ! Regina at the front desk was so nice and helpful! Awesome energy and very welcoming . Hotel free breakfast was good! Great location! The restaurant across the street was really good too. Was here for two nights and three days! I would stay again .

The property was beautiful with a great location. Serious Pie restuarant across the street was amazing for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Hotel itself is great. Unfortunately, there are many homeless people in the immediate neighborhood.

We had an incredible stay here. You can’t beat the location and the price. I felt this block was in a nicer portion of downtown. There weren’t people sleeping on the sidewalks outside and the light rail is only two blocks away. We also parked our car in a parking garage one block away for $30 a day. Would absolutely stay here again if we can get it for this great price again.
