"In my opinion, this place is hidden gem. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly and helpful. The room was always spotless and clean and when we had a missing piece of luggage, they kept us up-to-date and provided us some toiletries. They provide a speedboat cruise around Venice that picks you right up from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was really elegant and you got high-quality drinks. this hotel was close to everything the Mark Basilica, the Mark Square doge Palace shopping restaurants it’s really a terrific spot for a terrific price. Another great part was that the room was always cool and ready after a hot day."

"Really close to San Mark square, beatiful room, super clean, delicious buffet for breakfast plus whatever you want to order ( capuchino, espresso, scramble eggs), always cold water, iced tea or Juice at your disposal and the staff ready to help."

"Excellent stay. Wonderful breakfast with a great selection of food n drinks. Very friendly n helpful staff. Their iron was the best!!! 😆 The AC was wonderful in the room. Bed comfy. The gym was a little small but had free weights n even a yoga ball."

"The location is key, being very close to the lagoon, which helps the property have its own dock. Additionally, there is a taxi stand nearby the hotel. It is walking distance to the main square and lovely restaurants around every corner. The staff are welcoming which is great and friendly. The breakast was good but wonder if some variety might be possible, though being a botique hotel this may be challenging. The wlecome teddy for my child was a lovely touch which she has added to her collection."

"Overall, we had a good stay. The reception and breakfast staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. However, a few things could be improved. The toilet was extremely close to the wall, making it uncomfortable to use. I was also surprised that even the water in the minibar had to be paid for, as complimentary water is common in many hotels. Even more unusual was having to pay a deposit to get the key for the safety box, which I had never experienced before. Overall, though, the excellent customer service made our stay a positive experience."

"This was a beautiful hotel, with an even better location and loved the fact that we could arrive there with a water taxi that left us at the hotel dock. Can’t get better than that! It’s walkable to all the main Venice attractions. The breakfast was delicious as well."

"The place is a beautiful old building that is kept so incredibly well. People actually stop just as they walk in front because they want to see the beauty of the place. Our room was so well decorated that you felt that you were in another era, and all the amenities were amazingly beautiful. The stuff incredible they were so helpful and the breakfast delicious and well served. I will stay there again as they have their own pier and you can take your water bus to the taxi place or straight to the airport. They will also arrange pick up from the airport to the hotel."
