I cant say enough about the hotel! When we arrived in a taxi we did not realize the taxi did not accept credit cards. We were a bit stressed as we had just traveled over 15 hours. Imran, the doorman came to our rescue and without any effort on our part, pulled out his wallet and paid for our taxi. We then exchanged cash in the hotel and promptly repaid him. Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. First they extended lunch without being asked and fixed the shower within minutes. From there on everything was amazing. This boutique hotel was absolutely wonderful! Amazing location, cold AC, incredibly comfy beds, huge and modern bathroom, free breakfast and appertivo, and a convenient spa. We truly enjoyed our stay here! The best part was the attentive staff who reached out before our stay and helped us throughout- giving restaurant recommendations as well as booking reservations and tours for us. Special shout out to Adriano and Olga, two amazing staff members who assisted us during our trip.

This was a great place to stay while in Florence. The location is great, as it is right next to Ponte Vecchio. It was nice to be able to come back in the afternoon and have place to rest and escape the heat. Once inside, we were isolated from any outside noise. It was nice to have a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The place was clean.

The best deal in Florence. Down feather pillows and a smart TV which was a nice touch during our down time. Adorable and quiet courtyard and only 5 minutes walk to the best of Santo Spirito. Will definitely be staying here again!

Room was spacious and confortable.

Andrew and Paola are so amazing and accommodating. They informed us how to get to the residence, gave us extra duvets when we were a little cold, were very on top of cleaning and COVID protocol, and were very informative. They communicate quickly and informed us very soon after we left about an item left behind, and helped us call a taxi back to airport as we do not speak Italian and needed a very early morning ride.
