Hotels in Downtown Providence

Really like the hotel and the location. Our room was nice but in the worst location in the hotel. On the busiest street with buses and we could even hear the crosswalk beeping. Really annoying. Make sure you don't get a room ending in 14! Also valet parking is $45 a night. Highway robbery.

Fantastic, modern, clean apartment in the perfect location.

I would definitely stay again. My family loved it, especially my girls in the Snoopy room with bunk beds. The house, garden, amenities and environment was just perfect. I sat on the beautiful porch with hanging flowers and drank my coffee and read my book. I would def go just as a relaxing getaway. Perfect! Thank you!

Residence Inn was very clean with friendly staff. I’d stay here again.

The Omni is a lovely hotel woth lots of amenities and very affordable. It is attached to a mall by a bridge from the 2nd floor, conveniently located in the downtown area, and quick walk to the Amica Center. The weekend we were there the staff was faced with the challenge of a system wide software failure preventing them from electronically checking in guests and makimg room keys. Regardless, check in was smooth and each and every time we went up to our room there was a bellhop waiting escort us...

Lovely hotel. Large, clean rooms. Love the Kevin Murphy bathroom products!

Brand-new hotel. Highly recommended. Very clean. Plenty hot water. Large bathroom, sitting area, sleeping area and full kitchen. Extremely quiet. Loved the free grocery delivery, Wi-Fi, and shuttle bus. Manager's reception had excellent food; more like dinner than snacks. Breakfast and reception area large and very comfortable with big screen TV. Breakfast food plentiful and hot. Excellent coffee. Patio very comfortable. Professional, efficient, helpful friendly staff and managers. Fast...

This is a great hotel! Staff was very friendly and quick to help with any questions. Exercise room was well equipped, and equipment was in great condition. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfy beds. The downside is that you have to valet, and that can get backed up. Also, there are limited dining options at the hotel, but many in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property. Clean and convenient to the airport.

The staff was super friendly and helpful answering all the questions I had about the area and about the amenities. Rooms were very nice and clean!

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was great but seating area was small. In a busy area and close to restaurants. Houses next to the hotel were either abandoned or severely neglected. However the area was safe.

Probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The gentleman at the front desk gave great local recommendations and made a personal connection as we were both heading to Bar Harbor the next day. Breakfast was reasonably priced especially for having smoked salmon on the buffet to go on my bagel and even had capers. Staff at the restaurant was also great.

Clean

Pool was nice. Stayed here twice already and was not disappointed.

Clean and convenient! Staff is polite, friendly and helpful! Breakfast is always delicious!

Like most establishments, I think the restaurant may have been short staffed, but they came together as a whole and handled it professionally, calmly, and with the best customer service I have seen in a long time…… and the staff was very young and new! I was very impressed and will be back!!!!!

We really liked the design of the hotel & the rooms. The king bed & pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice & big, and we liked that the shear shade was a picture of trees! :-) The breakfast had many options, and the staff made sure it was fully stocked. The front desk people were super friendly and the check-in was quick & easy. I highly recommend this hotel. It is a 6 minute drive to Battleship Cove & Narrows Center for the Arts.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel was very clean!

Great stay as always...great customer service.
