"six senses was an amazing experience for us!
at check in, we were informed that we could be upgraded to a room with in room onsen, and the staff also arranged for us to stay with our friends in the same courtyard although we had separate bookings.
the room and facilities overall were superb! onsen was so comfortable in the winter, and the room was very spacious.
we had an issue with the heating and the staff were very on the ball- bringing us a portable heater while they tried to fix the issue, and also offered to change rooms for us.
throughout the stay, and even afterwards - guest relations manager Frank was a huge help! he responded very quickly on wechat for our queries, giving us recommendations for food and amenities nearby. he also came down to help us with our wifi issues!
location wise - six senses is close to all the attractions like panda valley and qing cheng mountain.
was an excellent stay - 100% recommend! "

"We loved the meditation and sound healing sessions that were available and the rooms with the outdoor hot tub were great for relaxing after hiking Qingchengshan. Would love to stay again and recommend it to anyone considering visiting the area. "
